Abstract

Recently 2 cases of coronary artery fistulae which originated from right coronary artery were surgically corrected in Sejong General Hospital. Extracorporeal circulation was necessary due to the posterior location of fistular connection:
Aneurysmaly dilated cornary artery was incised longitudinally and fistulous opening was closed by interrupted prolene sutures reinforced with pledget.
Incised coronary artery was closed by 6-0 prolene sture.
Post-operative courses were uneventful in both patients.
